First weather forecast

CL_QH_sabado-325

After years of sweltering heat and heavy rain, this edition of the Quebrantahuesos will most probably have the ideal weather conditions for a race of these characteristics, the ideal weather to enjoy pedalling in what is already considered the best cyclotourism event in the world.

The blog “La Meteo que viene”, by the doctor and sportsman Jorge García-Dihinx, estimates that this Saturday, during the celebration of the race, the weather will be “favourable, without heat and with variable cloudiness, more abundant on the French side, although no rain is expected”.

Temperatures will range between 9 and 15 degrees Celsius in Somport and between 14 and 20 degrees Celsius in Laruns. In principle, according to “La Meteo”, “no precipitation is forecast, although some light rain could escape late in the afternoon, but this is unlikely”. In principle, there will be no wind at dawn, although it may turn to north or north-westerly winds as the morning progresses.
